  • A full office floor takes a minimum of eight to ten weeks.
  • Landlord and authority approvals can add two to four weeks.

Yes. Drawings, submissions and inspections all sit inside our scope...

  • Landlord and building management sign-off handled.
  • Dubai Municipality and civil defence submissions.
  • Free zone authority approvals where the site requires it.

Yes. Nothing gets fabricated until you have signed off the 3D renders...
